We have made a conscious effort to make your attendance during this national recession as economical as possible, without sacrificing the quality of the program and services we provide you. To that end, we have slightly reduced our pass fees from last year.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please inform us IN WRITING. We must receive your cancellation letter no later than May 1, 2009. There will be a $50 non-refundable processing fee for all cancellations. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER MAY 1, 2009. However, you may send a substitute or use the credit towards the 2010 event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Festival expenses may be tax-deductible. Treasury regulation 1.1625 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals, lodging) undertaken to (1) maintain or improve skills required in one's employment, or (2) meet expense requirements of an employer.
We occasionally use photographs or company names of HBFF attendees in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness in such material.
All Festival Tickets and Passes may be purchased online through June 1, 2009. Tickets can be purchased on-site throughout the festival. Additional fees may apply to on-site sales.
